EAST END PLACE

East End Place is a reimagined Melbourne CBD precinct that brings together productive workdays and enriching experiences. The precinct is interwoven with retail amenity, wellness and year-round events so the East End Place community can make the most of their every day.

The precinct comprises two commercial office towers - 111 Bourke Street and 121 Exhibition Street, together with retail in Southern Cross Lane and surrounding Little Collins, Bourke and Exhibition Streets.

East End Place is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, and we acknowledge them as the Traditional Owners of this land.

LOCATION

East End Place sits at the sought-after eastern end of the Melbourne CBD, with outstanding access to trains, trams and the city’s key destinations. 

The precinct is an easy walk to Parliament Station and Town Hall Station for train access. Located within the CBD Free Tram Zone, it also connects to multiple tram routes, 96 and 86 on Bourke Street, plus 11, 12, 48 and 109 a short walk away on Collins Street. 

Step outside to an amenity-rich neighbourhood known for dining, bars and rooftop venues - ideal for team catch-ups, client meetings and after-work plans. East End Place is a short walk to the luxury retail precinct on Collins Street, and a quick tram trip to Bourke Street Mall for flagship shopping and everyday essentials. The precinct is also close to Melbourne’s theatres and galleries, as well as major civic landmarks including Parliament House and Melbourne Town Hall.

COMMUNITY

East End Place is proud to deliver value beyond the building through partnerships with social enterprise, First Nations and the broader community. A curated program of events and activations for building occupants focuses on social enterprise, learning and self-enrichment opportunities, health and wellbeing. Ground plane activations are also programmed throughout the year in Southern Cross Lane to surprise and delight the broader East End Place community.

PARKING

Parking at East End Place is easy with a total of 907 car spaces including over 300 public spaces managed by Secure Parking (book parking). Access to the car park is made seamless for building tenants via the use of Baseup technology, which will be further enhanced with license plate recognition technology coming soon.  

The car park is accessed via Bourke Street, with secure building entry and lift access available 24/7 for office occupants.
