East End Place is a reimagined Melbourne CBD precinct that brings together productive workdays and enriching experiences. The precinct is interwoven with retail amenity, wellness and year-round events so the East End Place community can make the most of their every day.

The precinct comprises two commercial office towers - 111 Bourke Street and 121 Exhibition Street, together with retail in Southern Cross Lane.

East End Place is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, and we acknowledge them as the Traditional Owners of this land.

East End Place sits at the sought-after eastern end of the Melbourne CBD, with outstanding access to trains, trams and the city’s key destinations. 

The precinct is an easy walk to Parliament Station and Town Hall Station for train access. Located within the CBD Free Tram Zone, it also connects to multiple tram routes, 96 and 86 on Bourke Street, plus 11, 12, 48 and 109 a short walk away on Collins Street. 

Step outside to an amenity-rich neighbourhood known for dining, bars and rooftop venues - ideal for team catch-ups, client meetings and after-work plans. 

East End Place is a short walk to the luxury retail precinct on Collins Street, and a quick tram trip to Bourke Street Mall for flagship shopping and everyday essentials. 

The precinct is also close to Melbourne’s theatres and galleries, as well as major civic landmarks including Parliament House and Melbourne Town Hall.

PARKING

Parking at East End Place includes 907 car spaces, managed via the Base Up app with number-plate recognition technology. EV charging is available in the car park, along with GoGet car share.  

The car park is accessed via Bourke Street, with secure building entry and lift access available 24/7 for office occupants.
